About the company - the largest marketplace for games on Roblox. Millions of players, daily testing of advertising creatives, real performance marketing. Large advertising budgets, daily tests, and one problem: the bottleneck for growth is creatives. We are looking for someone who will eliminate it.

What you will be doing: — Building an advertising creative production system from scratch — Forming and developing a team of UGC creators — Analyzing results with the performance team and making data-driven decisions — To start with — hands-on work: writing scripts, testing formats, immersing yourself in the audience

What is important to us: ✓ Experience in performance creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar ✓ Knowledge of Roblox is desirable — audience, trends, in-game context ✓ Understanding of CTR, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate and the ability to work with these metrics ✓ Experience managing a team or contractors ✓ English B2+
