Friends, Astana is looking for a Portfolio Manager
Responsibilities:
- Management of the assigned portfolio of strategic initiatives and epics
- Assessment and prioritization of initiatives
- Business Case and control of business effect
- Monitoring of portfolio implementation
- Management of dependencies and risks
- Preparation of portfolio decisions
- Interaction with initiative owners and teams
Requirements:
- Higher education (economics, finance, management, IT). MBA or additional education in strategic management is an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of Portfolio Management, Value Management, SAFe Lean Portfolio Management principles.
- Ability to analyze metrics and visualize project performance data.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, experience in hybrid models.
- Proficiency in tools: Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Excel, MS Project.
- Facilitation skills and preparation of analytical materials for management.
