General Requirements
- Higher education (IT, mathematics, economics - desirable)
- Experience as an analyst: from 2–5 years
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum (or Waterfall - a plus)
- Business Analysis
- Collection and formalization of requirements (functional / non-functional)
- Conducting interviews with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical ones
- Proficiency in techniques:
- User Stories
- Use Cases
- BPMN (business processes)
- UML (diagrams)
- System Analysis
- Decomposition of requirements to the level of API / DB / services
- Design of:
- REST / SOAP integrations
- API contracts (JSON/XML)
- Understanding of:
- microservice architecture
- integrations via ESB / brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Ability to read and write:
- Swagger / OpenAPI
- technical documentation
Data Handling
- Confident SQL (JOIN, GROUP BY, subqueries)
- Understanding of:
- database structure (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MSSQL)
