We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer for SberEducation.

SberEducation is a company within the Sber ecosystem that implements digital solutions and creates new opportunities for lifelong learning and development.

We are seeking a strong financial leader who will take over the management of the company's financial operations, become a key partner for management and shareholders, and drive the growth of the business's financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Management:

• Participate in the development and updating of the company's strategy (in b2g and b2c segments)
• Develop and update the company's long-term financial model
• Develop unit economics and a system of key metrics, control profitability
• Monitor the execution of the financial plan and budget, revenue plan, profit plan, and other key financial indicators
• Oversee the execution of the revenue and expense budget
• Control the targeted use of the company's financial resources

Reporting and Audit:

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly management reports based on IFRS (fast-closing — 3 business days) for management and shareholders
• Lead the IFRS and RAS reporting audit process (auditor — ex-B4 company, quarterly audit)
• Control the accuracy of preparation and оформление of reporting documentation

Operational Control and Efficiency:

• Assess the financial efficiency of current and new company products, develop financial models for business units
• Improve current and implement new business processes aimed at increasing the company's financial efficiency
• Manage the team and department
• Manage the financial department and accounting
• Team management, motivation, and development

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Act as a key leader in the company's financial interactions with the shareholder and companies within the Sber Group ecosystem

Candidate Profile:

Education and Expertise:

• Higher education, specialization — Finance/Economics. Additional management education is a plus
• Additional professional education (ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS principles and practical application experience
• Knowledge of Russian Federation regulatory and legislative documents (including Federal Law-44 and Federal Law-223)

Experience:

• Successful experience as a Chief Financial Officer for at least 3 years (including direct management of accounting, financial, and treasury functions)
• Experience managing a team of 10+ people
• Successful experience implementing budgeting systems, reporting automation, and electronic document flow
• Experience in EdTech will be an advantage

Tools and Approach:

• High proficiency in Excel, 1C:U P P, ERP software products
• Understanding of agile management principles
• Autonomy and independence in decision-making
