About the Role We seek a **visionary Group CTO **to lead the technology strategy, architecture, and innovation for a global fintech platform processing. This role offers direct influence at the Board level, the freedom to shape a full-scale fintech infrastructure, and the opportunity to launch new products and enter new markets.

**Unique of This Role **

• Build from the Ground Up: Develop a unified fintech platform with in-house infrastructure (core banking, payment gateway, card systems, DWH);
• **Board-Level Impact: **Shape long-term strategy and technology investments alongside shareholders.
• Freedom to Innovate: Define architecture, engineering practices, and tech culture in a fast-growing organization.

**Will do: **

• Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead engineering leaders (50+ team);
• **Strategy: **Define and execute long-term tech/platform vision;
• Architecture: Own platform design, scalability, and resilience (core banking, payments, cards);
• **Compliance: **Ensure high availability, security, and regulatory adherence (PCI DSS, EMI, crypto licenses);
• Collaboration: Work with Board/shareholders on tech investments and resource allocation; - Innovation: Drive automation, API-first development, and cloud-native solutions.
