We are a concierge service team for the company's premium clients. We handle a wide range of tasks: from organizing leisure and business trips to finding the right specialists and services.
We offer
- Average income: 82,000 ₽ (base salary + monthly bonus based on performance)
- Remote format: work in a comfortable environment, no trips to the office
- Schedule: 1st month: 5/2 (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 to 19:00. Afterwards: 5/2 or 2/2 with flexible start times, daytime/night shifts, floating weekends
- Voluntary medical insurance (DMS): from online consultations and comprehensive medical examinations to inpatient treatment, including dental care and family support
- Formal employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (TK RF)
What you will be doing
- Assisting clients via concierge service chats: selecting and booking flights, organizing trips and transfers
- Selecting and booking restaurants, events, and leisure options based on client requests
- Helping clients with additional services, including medical support and other individual requests
- Resolving non-standard client requests using international services and professional expertise
- Finding necessary information in CRM systems and open sources, including Google, Yandex, and ChatGPT
Who we are looking for
- You have at least 1 year of experience in concierge services
- You are familiar with the format and standards of concierge service for premium clients
- You can identify client needs and select and offer solutions for their tasks
- You can quickly find and verify information from various sources
- You can create presentation materials
