Sales Manager for Existing Key Clients

We are looking for an expert in working with existing key clients, responsible for portfolio development and revenue growth. Main tasks: proactive outreach to a warm base, identifying needs, creating comprehensive offers for financial and related products. Tochka Bank is a fintech company; we are building an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses.

What you will do

• You will become part of a team that works with existing key clients and helps develop their portfolios. Our goal is to increase their turnover share, make the bank the client's priority choice, and support them in increasing their profitability.
• Your main focus will be calls and meetings with company leaders from our warm base: understanding what is currently important to their business and offering suitable ecosystem services. Your task is to interest them and help them make the final decision to become a Tochka Bank client.
• We will explain how to do this during training, and a mentor will support you in your first client dialogues. You will only be involved in sales: no dealing with documents, acts, or other routine tasks.

You are a good fit if

• You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales with corporate clients, either in a bank or a fintech company.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
• You understand the business processes of medium and large segment companies.
• You can manage long-term deals and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Experience in managing and developing a client portfolio will be an advantage.
• You can organize yourself, work without constant supervision and reminders.
• You have a competitive spirit and can also work in a team.
