Sales Manager for Existing Large Clients

We are looking for an expert in working with existing large clients who will be responsible for portfolio development and revenue growth. Main tasks: proactive contact with a warm base, needs identification, formation of complex offers for financial and related products. Tochka Bank is a fintech company; we are creating an online bank and an ecosystem of services for businesses.

What you will do

• You will become part of a team that works with existing large clients and helps develop their portfolios. Our goal is to increase turnover share, make the bank the client's priority choice, and support them in increasing profitability.
• Your main focus will be calls and meetings with company executives from a warm base: understanding what is important to the business right now and offering suitable ecosystem services. Your task is to interest them and help them make the final decision to become a Tochka Bank client.
• We will explain how to do this during training, and a mentor will support you in the first client dialogues. You will only be involved in sales: no hassle with documents, acts, or other routine tasks.

You are a good fit if

• You live in Saint Petersburg.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales with corporate clients, either in a bank or a fintech company.
• You have at least 1 year of experience in telephone sales.
• You understand the business processes of mid-sized and large segment companies.
• You can manage long-term deals and negotiate with decision-makers.
• Experience in managing and developing a client portfolio will be an advantage.
• You can organize yourself and work without constant supervision or reminders.
• You have a competitive spirit and can also work in a team.
