We negotiate with clients, identify business needs, and formulate suitable proposals.
We offer
- Average income: from 115,000 ₽ (base salary + performance bonus)
- Remote format: work in a comfortable environment, no office trips
- Schedule: 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00
- Voluntary medical insurance (DMS): from online consultations and extended medical examinations to inpatient treatment, including dentistry and family support
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (TK RF)
Responsibilities
- Conduct phone negotiations with legal entities to connect a range of banking products
- Understand client businesses, identify and form needs
- Prepare commercial proposals
- Close deals during calls
- Maintain partner relationships with legal entities
Who we are looking for
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales and client support (legal entities)
- You have 2+ years of experience in individual sales
- You can effectively interact with clients and maintain trusting relationships
- You understand business specifics and possess sales skills and techniques
- You have a laptop/computer, a headset, and stable internet for work
- It will be an advantage if you have experience in sales within the banking sector
