Responsibilities:
- Analysis and resolution of requests and incidents from L1, users, and monitoring systems
- Configuration and support of observability systems (monitoring, alerting, logs, traces)
- Support and updating of documentation for typical problems and their solutions
- Interaction with development, ML, DevOps, and SRE engineering teams to improve service stability and quality.
Requirements:
- Experience as an L2 support engineer - from two years
- Experience with IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, Jira, Confluence, or equivalents
- Experience using and configuring monitoring and alerting systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Alertmanager)
- Experience interacting with REST APIs and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Solid Linux skills, understanding and basic experience with Kubernetes
- Skills in reading and analyzing application logs (ELK, Loki).
An advantage will be:
- Experience with AI tools (GigaChat, ChatGPT / Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) and understanding of LLM specifics (context windows, tokenization, causes of hallucinations and repetitions, ability to distinguish infrastructure failures from model behavior peculiarities)
- Ability to read and write code in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
