We are "Tretiy Rim". We develop our business in three directions: automotive, IT (AI and 3D), and sales on marketplaces WB / OZON. Currently, we are developing an app for traffic rules.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will take charge of development organization, bring the product to launch, and ensure its further development.

We need a specialist at the intersection of IT project management and product development. It's important not only to organize the team's work, set tasks, and control deadlines but also to understand what the product needs for development, how to test hypotheses, and achieve real business results.

What you will be doing • Achieve agreed-upon results within pre-agreed deadlines. • Manage development, marketing, and sales: adjust and adapt the product, set tasks, explain requirements, control deadlines and quality of results. • Understand technical issues and know how development, marketing, and sales are structured. • Independently find solutions — don't wait for a ready-made TOR or step-by-step instructions, but understand the task and offer options. • Get hands-on: at the start of the project, you'll have to do a lot yourself — gather information, test hypotheses, test solutions, prepare materials, and master new tools. • Develop the product considering user needs and feedback, set priorities, and seek growth opportunities. • Ensure project results: bring the product to launch, attract the first thousands of users, and ensure further development, not just track tasks and control the team.

Who we are looking for A person who can independently lead an IT project from idea to result and, at the same time, thinks not only as a project manager but also as a specialist responsible for product development. It's important for us that you understand the full cycle of working on a digital product: from organizing development to launch, analyzing results, and seeking growth opportunities. You know how to take responsibility and don't say "it's not my job" if the project isn't moving without your involvement.

Will be a plus: • Proficient use of AI tools. • Experience in IT, development, analytics, QA, or another technical field. • Experience in launching and developing digital products. The main qualities: independence, integrity, and results-orientation.

Conditions • 100,000 RUB net during the probation period, after passing it — 120,000 RUB net + a variable part based on project results. • Remote work. • Opportunity to influence a new product from the very beginning. • The team will expand and develop along with you and the project. • As the project reaches its calculated profitability, a review of the remuneration structure is planned: the fixed part may be reduced, while the total income will increase due to the variable part.
