Intro: 🔸Will work at the intersection of analytics, automation, and product tasks.
Responsibilities: 🔸Identify growth opportunities with an understanding of where SEO can provide a tangible business effect. Take a category, analyze search results, build hypotheses, and test them. 🔸Manage the full cycle: from audit to traffic growth. 🔸Work at scale - 3 million pages require robust process automation - from parsing and clustering in Python to working with embeddings and mass generation of meta-tags and texts using LLMs. Python and AI are part of the daily work here, not an additional skill. 🔸Understand modern search deeper than basic SEO mechanics - comprehend ranking logic, principles of semantic similarity, search clustering, and their impact on site architecture. 🔸Assign tasks to development teams and contractors, prepare clear terms of reference, accompany the implementation of changes in conjunction with the product.
Our expectations: 🔸3+ years in SEO, including experience with large projects 🔸Proficiently work with large volumes of data: semantics for hundreds of thousands of queries, large web structures 🔸Use AI as a working tool: ChatGPT/Claude for generation, Python/SQL for automation, can write a script independently or with the help of LLM 🔸Know standard tools: Key Collector, Screaming Frog, Topvisor, Yandex.Metrica, and similar; 🔸read HTML/CSS/JS at the level of "understanding what's broken"; 🔸Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a must; SQL and BI are a big plus; 🔸Experience in-house or at a large agency, with an understanding of the process and business results
