About the project
We are developing an AI-based ecosystem of services for automated analysis of content and audience in messengers. The product includes big data collection and processing, interactive dashboards, predictive analytics, content generation tailored to brand style, and promotion tools. We are looking for a product UX/UI designer who can package complex data arrays into simple, aesthetic, and intuitive interfaces.
We offer:
- Stable income: competitive salary. Payments twice a month at 50% each, or once a month (agreed with the employee).
- Flexible format: 5/2 schedule. Initially (first 2 months) - office work for quick immersion into the product and team communication, then a transition to hybrid/remote format is possible.
- Professional environment: motivated team of developers, analysts, and ML engineers, absence of strict bureaucracy.
- Development: real opportunities for professional growth and training within the company.
Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design: developing interfaces for a web application (analytical panels, interactive reports, AI content generation modules, data collection setup and monitoring screens).
- Prototyping: creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Design System Development: designing, supporting, and scaling a unified design system (components, their states, tokens, adaptive grids, typography rules).
- Synchronization with the technical team: preparing mockups for handover to development, conducting design reviews, and controlling implementation quality (pixel perfect control).
Mandatory requirements:
- Work experience: from 2 to 4 years in the role of UX/UI or Product Designer exclusively in web products (SaaS, complex B2B, analytical platforms).
- Expert Figma: proficiency in Auto Layout, Component Properties, Variables, Variants, and advanced interactive prototyping.
- Data-Heavy UX: successful experience in designing interfaces with dense data flow (complex multi-level tables, custom filters, graphs, and charts).
- Edge Case Handling: mandatory design for empty states, loading states, error states, and partial display.
- Technical background: understanding of adaptive layout principles (desktop-first/mobile-first), frontend limitations (CSS/HTML), and UI component logic.
- Product Thinking: ability to describe complex element interaction logic in detail, attention to microcontexts and user scenarios.
Will be a plus:
- BI experience: designing dashboards, custom report builders, and end-to-end analytics systems.
- AI-First approach: experience with AI products, understanding the specifics of generative UI, prompt patterns, and visualization of AI explainability.
- Product Research: experience conducting UX research, corridor testing, and validating hypotheses with users.
- Motion Design: skills in creating interface micro-animations and icon animations (Lottie, After Effects, Principle).
