We are looking for an intern for the Product Manager position who will become part of our team and help develop products focused on key metric growth and user experience improvement.

What you will do:

• Analyze user behavior: study funnels, key metrics, identify UX problems;
• Participate in the creation, prioritization, and testing of new features for websites and services;
• Prepare task descriptions and mockups for development;
• Oversee and control the development tasks for your projects;
• Monitor key product metrics (conversion, CPL, ROI, EPL);
• Conduct competitor analysis;
• Assist in launching A/B tests and processing their results.

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education or university studies in the fields of: marketing, IT, business informatics, economics;
• Understanding of product management fundamentals and digital product building principles;
• Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel;
• Basic skills in working with Yandex.Metrica, Amplitude, or Mixpanel (will be an advantage);
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness, stress resistance, initiative, and a desire to develop in the product sphere;
• Experience with pet projects, internships, or own mini-products (will be a big plus).
