• Budgeting and forecasting of personnel costs (FTE, OPEX, bonus pools)
• Grading and job architecture: role evaluation, grades
• Advanced people analytics: HR ROI, productivity metrics
• Performance cycle design (goals, calibration, review, bonuses)
• Complex compensation cases (offers, promotions, reorganizations, retention)
• LTI programs (phantom stock / virtual stock)

✅ Candidate Expectations:

• 5+ years in C&B / Total Rewards with strong analytics
• Experience working with C-level, HRD, Finance — influencing through data
• Budgeting, forecasting, compensation analytics, reward cycles
• Grading, job architecture, market benchmarking
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (complex formulas, scenarios)
