We are looking for a Product Director for the payment service Plati po miru who will take full responsibility for product development, team, and financial results.
Plati po miru is a fintech solution that allows instant issuance of virtual cards for paying for foreign services and purchases abroad. Users can pay for subscriptions, make online purchases, travel, and manage their finances without restrictions.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and implementing the product strategy for Plati po miru
- Managing the full product lifecycle — from market research and hypothesis generation to launch and scaling
- Building and developing the team: product manager, project manager, designers, analysts
- Working with the product P&L: responsibility for revenue, unit economics, and key product metrics
- Interacting with C-suite stakeholders, regulators, and external partners
- Prioritizing the product backlog based on data, user insights, and business value
- Building a culture of rapid experiments, data-driven decisions, and customer-centricity within the team
- Integrating AI technologies into the product — identifying areas for applying machine learning and generative AI to improve customer experience
- Team AI infrastructure — fostering a culture of using AI tools within the product team
Requirements:
- Product management experience (fintech is mandatory)
- Understanding of P&L, unit economics, and revenue growth drivers
- Experience in building and leading a cross-functional team
- Skills in interacting with top management and external partners
- Deep understanding of the data-driven approach and prioritization
- Interest and experience in implementing AI/ML solutions into products (will be an advantage)
- Vibe-coding skills
