First, a bit about what we do, because the setup is unusual: the people who interview and assess our candidates aren't recruiters. They're senior product designers and PMs from Intercom, Stripe, Revolut and similar companies, working with us as experts. They evaluate the way a hiring manager would, because that's the job they do every day.

That, plus the network we've built, is how we get to the candidates our clients actually want: JetBrains, Replika, Recraft, Sentry, Toloka, Nebius, Manychat, Capital.com, Pleo and others.

We are a small team, but everyone in it is very good at what they do and generous with each other – which is a perfect cultural combination for me.

The Role

You'd own searches end to end – brief, sourcing, timelines, negotiation, offer – with the interviews handled by our experts. Which means holding three sides at once: the client, the candidate, and the expert doing the assessment. You'd also help develop and train our own AI sourcing tool, which is probably the thing we're most excited about right now.

Who I'm looking for:

• 3+ years in recruiting, ideally in tech that moves fast
• Comfortable with hr-tech and picking up new tools
• Real interest in using AI hands-on
• The kind of person candidates want to keep talking to
• Experience hiring designers/product owners/AI engineers is a big plus.
