At one time, creating a mobile GTA was the dream of many developers. We are the team that achieved it. We are a team that grew up on GTA and today is creating its own open-world, where familiar streets, courtyards with panel buildings and horizontal bars live by their own laws. We took the atmosphere of Los Santos and Liberty City and transferred it to the world of MadOut2! We are creating a game that we ourselves want to play and are proud of. Key tasks:
- Develop MadOut2 monetization: from feature idea and concept to launch, result analysis, and subsequent iterations
- Maintain GDD and project documentation up-to-date
- Work together with development, QA, art, analytics, and marketing — from task setting to feature release
- Make product decisions based on KPIs, A/B tests, player behavior, and qualitative feedback
- Work with configs
- Analyze competitor products and market trends to find new ideas and monetization development opportunities
Requirements:
- Experience in game design for F2P projects for over 2 years
- Experience as a Feature Owner: ability to independently manage a feature from conception to result evaluation
- Strong foundation in system game design, game economy, and balance
- Confident work with product analytics: ability to see player behavior behind the numbers and find growth points
- Portfolio with successful F2P cases and understanding of monetization
Will be a plus:
- Experience with games in the GTA, racing, sandbox genres
- Experience launching and supporting LiveOps in mid-core projects
- Understanding of UI/UX principles
