What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition for mobile applications
• Experience with budgets of $1,000,000 per month and above under own management
• Experience in purchasing and deep understanding of in-app/DSP channels (at least 3 from the list): Applovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Liftoff, Unity, etc.
• Incent/Rewarded: experience with the direction (building from scratch to results will be an advantage)
• Experience in building automation in purchasing
• Willingness to work in one of our hubs: Limassol, Tbilisi, Dubai

What you will do:

• Ownership of 2 directions: In-app/DSP and Incent/Rewarded (developing strategy for working with channels, identifying growth points, independent launch, management and scaling of channels)
• Communication with channel managers
• Building automation in these areas
