Raft AI4BI is a platform that combines BI, DWH, and AI analytics. Users can ask questions of data in natural language, get analytics, and visualizations.
The product is already used by major clients in retail, finance, manufacturing, and other industries.
About the role:
We are looking for an Implementation Project Lead who is responsible for the entire project's outcome.
You will need to dive into the client's tasks and data, design solutions, assign tasks to developers and DevOps engineers, work with data independently, and manage the project through to implementation.
Client development is one of the main tasks of the role. After the solution is launched, it is important to continue exploring the client's needs and find new opportunities for work: connect additional data sources, develop data marts and dashboards, launch new analytical scenarios, involve other departments, and scale the solution.
What you will do:
- Conduct research on the client's processes, systems, and data.
- Understand business tasks and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design analytical solutions and data models.
- Assign tasks to developers and DevOps engineers, monitor the results.
- Independently analyze data, design models, and verify technical solutions.
- Manage the project from start to operation: deadlines, risks, communication, and results.
- Be able to quickly assemble a POC using AI tools.
- Be able to quickly prototype solutions using Claude, Cursor, and other AI tools.
- Identify opportunities for further project development and formulate proposals for the client.

Technical Skills:
- Confident SQL — a key skill for this role.
- Understanding of data modeling and principles of building analytical solutions.
- Python at a level sufficient for working with data.
- Understanding of integrations and interaction of various systems.
- Experience in managing small implementation or technical projects where you handled system analysis and task definition independently.
- Experience with Claude / Cursor or similar AI tools.
If you can independently figure out an unfamiliar area, find solutions, and quickly learn new tools — this is more important to us than specific gaps in technologies.
Will be a plus: experience with BI/DWH, Apache Superset, API, ETL/ELT, Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Selection Process:
