Co-Founder / COO in AI-driven startup (NEXA CORE)

We are looking for a partner for the role of Co-Founder / COO to launch and scale an AI project in the digital commerce sphere. NEXA CORE is an AI virtual models agency: AI-generated virtual characters are monetized simultaneously on TikTok, Instagram, OnlyFans, Fanvue, Patreon, and other platforms. Live shopping 24/7 through AI avatars. Dropshipping with suppliers from China and Europe. Target markets: USA and Europe. The project is at the launch stage: capital is secured, there is a strategy and readiness to scale from day one. We are looking for a partner who will build the team and be responsible for the project's growth.

We are considering candidates with experience in one or more of these areas:

• Digital marketing and paid traffic — setup and scaling of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads
• SMM and social media management — experience growing accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube with proven metrics
• Content generation and AI tools — Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Kling AI, LoRA training, video editing
• E-commerce and dropshipping — experience with TikTok Shop, CJDropshipping, Zendrop, order and supplier management
• Affiliate marketing and iGaming — funnels, traffic streams, audience monetization at a wide scale
• Technical infrastructure for multi-account — anti-detect, proxies, Multilogin, automation via Make.com
• Sales and brand partnerships — experience attracting advertisers
• Remote team management — experience building and coordinating teams of 10 to 20 people
