The team says: We are expanding the team not for a launch, but for already ongoing active growth: we are growing x3 YoY, have reached 7-digit monthly budgets, and plan to x3 again by the next high season. The new person's task is to maintain current volumes and support further growth, so we are primarily looking for candidates who have already gone through this stage with similar products. Our paid-acquisition team is AI-first at all stages: production, testing, optimization, scaling, etc. We need someone who is independent and proactive, who sees AI and automation as a growth lever, not a threat to their expertise — it will be difficult for us to work with someone who has a conservative view on acquisition.

What you will do:

• Take Meta* end-to-end as the primary acquisition channel and grow its volume;
• Aggressively but controllably scale with large budgets;
• Work with other channels: TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin;
• Maintain an AI-first workflow: process automation, reporting pipelines, creative generation at scale;
• Test hypotheses and rely on analytics.

What we value in a candidate:

• 5+ years in UA / performance marketing;
• Expert hands-on level in Meta Ads — optimization and scaling campaigns with high budgets;
• Experience managing spend from $500K/month;
• Experience with web-subscription / B2C products;
• Daily work with AI tools, not episodic;
• Strong analytical skills, experimental mindset, high autonomy;
• English B2+.
