Description
We are the SberUser team, developing an "internal user browser" based on Chromium. For the Bank's ecosystem, this is the user's entry point. It is important for us to provide the user with useful information for achieving their goal and to ensure a comfortable journey through the Bank's complex IT landscape. The number of users is over 350 thousand, with over a million unique installations across different platforms.
Responsibilities
- Managing product development teams for all platforms (Win, Linux, MacOS, iOS, Android)
- Planning the team's work (estimating task implementation timelines, participating in task prioritization, setting and distributing tasks within the team)
- Establishing and improving the development process within the team, adhering to work and code writing standards
- Defining and managing the technological aspects of solutions, approving architectural requirements
- Monitoring work, conducting code reviews
- Accountability for the results of the entire team and achieving the set team goals
- Organizing the work of distributed teams (synchronizing modifications - core, frontend, integrations, different platforms)
- Personnel selection, onboarding new team members, motivation
- Conducting business correspondence, generating reports for management, communication with related teams
Requirements
- Experience in C++ development
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a large company
- Experience in establishing a team development process, organizing testing and deployment to PROD processes
- Ability to estimate workload, prioritize tasks
- Experience in conducting code reviews
- Understanding of application architecture, integration interactions
- Practical experience in system integration
- Experience with Jira, Confluence
- Understanding of DevOps processes
