AI/ML Delivery Manager (FinTech)

Will be responsible for the speed and results of ML solution delivery into production with subsequent integration into end customer business processes.

Products • Anti-fraud service • User embeddings for downstream tasks • AI bots/assistants

Functional Responsibilities

1. Requirements gathering and approval of acceptance criteria for models and services
2. Delivery timeline planning and management
3. Organization and supervision of the data extraction process for model training
4. Supervision of the model building process: • Support for clear and complete task definition (decomposition, DoD, artifact extraction) • Status collection, ensuring rhythmic progress, assistance in resolving blockers • Acceptance of received results (offline metrics)
5. Demonstration and handover of received results to end customers
6. Organization and acceptance of model deployment into production
7. Approval and supervision of the solution integration process into customer pipelines
8. Business impact assessment in collaboration with Product Managers on the customer side
9. Organization and control of incident management (SLA, reviews, postmortems)
10. Project documentation management

Target Profile • Experience in the role of Delivery / Program / Technical Project / Product Manager or DS Team Lead in AI/ML projects • Experience working with a team of Data Scientists / ML Engineers • Experience launching agent-based solutions / products based on ML models • Understanding of machine learning specifics, ML metrics, model lifecycle
