Senior Integrated Digital Strategist (FMCG)

❗️We are looking for an experienced Digital Strategist to develop an integrated digital strategy for the relaunch of our client's product.

The goal is to build a full-funnel strategy that increases brand awareness, drives product trial, and supports measurable business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a full-funnel digital strategy (Awareness — Engagement — Conversion).
• Define the role of key channels: Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display, E-commerce, etc.
• Create content pillars and messaging for different audience segments.
• Develop an influencer strategy, including creator selection and collaboration approach.
• Propose conversion mechanics (digital sampling, landing page, retargeting).
• Build campaign phases (Pre-launch, Launch, Sustaining).
• Define KPI framework and reporting metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Digital Strategy or Integrated Marketing.
• Experience with FMCG or consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of social media, performance marketing, content, influencer marketing, and customer journeys.
• Experience developing integrated launch strategies and pitch proposals.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Experience in African or emerging markets is a plus.
