We have an increasing number of products, launches, and tests on Amazon US. We are now strengthening the team and looking for two specialists who will directly influence sales growth through A/B tests, visuals, analytics, and systematic work with conversion.
This role is for those who are interested in working at the intersection of product, analytics, e-commerce, and visual optimization. Not just "making pretty pictures," but understanding why one visual sells better than another, what elements affect CTR and CR, and how to grow business results through small, precise changes.

Who we are looking for: A/B Testing Manager / Conversion Optimization Manager / Growth Manager / Product Analyst / E-commerce Analyst / Creative Performance Specialist.
Important: strong Google Sheets skills, attention to detail, visual awareness, logic, meticulousness, ability to work with repetitive processes, basic understanding of A/B tests, and a willingness to delve deep into numbers 🤓.
