IT-hunter is an IT recruiting agency. It is looking for a hands-on Go developer for a construction management technology platform — not a manager, but an engineer capable of independently designing and writing key product services.

☑️ What you will do

• Design and develop backend services from scratch
• Make technical and architectural decisions and implement them in code
• Build a microservice and event-driven architecture
• Work with PostgreSQL and system performance
• Lay the foundation for reliability, observability, and approaches to further scaling
• Conduct code reviews and gradually influence the team's engineering practices

☑️ Our requirements for candidates

• Strong commercial experience in Go development
• Deep understanding of concurrency: goroutines, channels, context
• Experience with graceful shutdown, background workers, profiling
• Microservices, stateless services, Sync/Async interaction
• Experience with event-driven systems
• Strong PostgreSQL: schemas, indexes, transactions, MVCC, isolation levels, query optimization
• Experience developing production systems where performance, reliability, and observability had to be addressed
