We are currently looking for a VIP Manager with knowledge of English to work with our users!
🌟What you will do:
- Build, develop, stimulate, and retain relationships with VIP clients
- Individual communication with VIP players via e-mail, SMS, calls, and messengers
- Analyze player activity, preferences, and behavior to provide personalized offers
- Monitor and improve the satisfaction level of VIP clients
- Collaborate with support, Retention, and Reactivation departments to enhance the VIP player user experience
- Organize personal bonuses, promotions, and gifts for players
- Track KPIs for retention, activity, and deposits of VIP players
🌟Who we are looking for:
- Experience in the iGaming industry (casino, sportsbook) of 1–2 years.
- Understanding of the basic principles of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
- Understanding of retention principles, player lifecycle, and VIP segmentation.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM systems (SoftSwiss, Nucleus, EveryMatrix, Smartico, Optimove, etc.).
- Analytical skills and experience with Excel/Google Sheets, ability to interpret player behavior data.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Understanding of gaming products (slots, live casino, sports betting).
- Experience working with high-roller clients and large deposits.
