United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.

We are looking for a Product Designer for the development of the main screen of the WB Bank application. The team is in a stage of active growth and hiring and is transitioning to an end-to-end format, which will cover all key product needs.

What needs to be done

— Create interfaces for the iOS/Android mobile application in Figma;

— Conduct a full cycle of work with the product: analytics, UX research, analysis of implementation results;

— Improve existing mechanics;

— Interact with development teams, research teams, and stakeholders;

— Analyze metrics and suggest improvements;

— Formulate the product backlog for design;

— Conduct design reviews: describe corrections and monitor their implementation in production;

— Initiate improvements and propose ideas for process development within the team.

What experience and knowledge are needed

— At least 5 years of experience as a Product Designer;

— Experience working on fintech/banking products;

— Portfolio with real cases reflecting experience;

— Experience in UX research: knowledge of basic methodologies and ability to apply them;

— Advanced Figma skills;

— Experience in building and supporting design systems;

— High attention to detail and a neat visual style.
