Marketing Director

We are looking for a Marketing Director at ASTER Uzbekistan!

Our business is actively growing. We are developing a multi-brand dealer network in Uzbekistan, opening new dealerships, and working with brands such as Chevrolet, BYD, Chery, Haval, Kia, Changan, Jetour, Li Auto, and LADA.

Now we need a strong Marketing Director who can lead the marketing for the entire network and become a full-fledged partner to the commercial team.

For us, marketing is primarily about sales. We are looking for someone who knows how to turn a marketing budget into quality leads, contracts, and sold cars.

Three areas are especially important:

• Digital and SMM: Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, systematic production of quality content, and working with bloggers. • Artificial Intelligence: automation of content creation, approval, and control across the entire dealer network. • Leadership: managing a large distributed team, working with people in the regions, being able to listen to employees and achieve results together with them.

We need not an armchair strategist, but a leader who is ready to travel regularly throughout Uzbekistan, visit dealerships, understand real problems, and find solutions with the team.

Fluent Uzbek and Russian are mandatory. Experience in the automotive business will be an advantage, but we are also open to candidates from large retail chains and other companies with a strong commercial culture.

Work location – Tashkent. Regular business trips throughout Uzbekistan.
