Job Responsibilities:

— Managing the General Producer's projects from task assignment to completion — Assigning tasks to the team and monitoring deadlines — Coordinating employees, artists, partners, and contractors — Organizing meetings, documenting agreements, and controlling their execution — Gathering and structuring information, preparing tables/presentations — Monitoring documents, invoices, and payments — Managing the General Producer's calendar — Completing operational and non-standard assignments

Candidate Requirements:

— Independence and responsibility — Systemic approach — managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and participants simultaneously — Communication skills — interacting with artists, managers, and contractors — Persistence — monitoring tasks and achieving results — Initiative — proposing solutions, not just identifying problems — Technical literacy — confident use of spreadsheets, documents, presentations, task trackers, and AI tools

Conditions:

— During the probation period, the salary is 70,000 ₽ net, after completion – 90,000 ₽ net — Schedule 5/2, from 12:00 to 20:00 — Office near «1905 Goda» metro station — Opportunity to attend numerous partner events
