We are building a systematic inflow of leads – and now you can play a key role. We offer to get involved in testing the search hypothesis: conduct research with us, test several channels and approaches to attraction. Work in tandem with a strategic marketer with 25+ years of experience (top 15 marketing directors in Russia).
What to do: — Find small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs with pain points (crisis, chaos, burnout) — Look for experts in career crisis (psychologists, coaches, doctors, consultants) — Find women aged 25–38 (HR, beauty, medicine, small business) experiencing burnout
Goal: qualified leads for expert work.
Requirements: — Systematic search skill — Ability to see the client's "pain" — Good written communication skills — Lead generation experience is a plus, but not required
Conditions: Remote / Full-time / Flexible schedule / Training
Income: Base salary 15,000 ₽ + 1–3 thousand ₽ per qualified lead The higher the quality of leads, the higher the income.
