This time, we're growing our Operational Excellence team and looking for professionals at different career stages—from Associates and Business Analysts to Project Managers—who are passionate about improving business processes and driving operational excellence.

If you enjoy making organizations work better, eliminating repetitive work, driving automation, and finding smarter, more efficient ways of operating, we'd love to talk.

We're especially interested in people who have: • Experience delivering business process improvement or operational excellence initiatives • A consulting background or hands-on experience leading transformation projects in-house • A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for turning ideas into measurable business impact • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • iGaming experience (a definite plus, but not a requirement)
