Territorial Manager

📍 Baku, Azerbaijan — looking for a strong candidate again! The representative office of an international pharmaceutical company invites a Territorial Manager (Baku) to join the team.

Key tasks:

🔹 Developing the company's business in the region; 🔹 Recruiting, training, and developing a team of key account specialists; 🔹 Interacting with leading regional specialists; 🔹 Cross-functional cooperation to achieve common goals.

We expect:

✔️ Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical — an advantage); ✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience as a first-line manager; ✔️ Experience interacting with the medical community and commercial medical centers will be an advantage; ✔️ Understanding of the healthcare system and drug provision; ✔️ Experience in forming and developing effective teams; ✔️ Developed leadership, analytical, and organizational skills; ✔️ Category B driver's license and driving experience.
