🔝 Product Owner (Bonus Engine / Bonus Mechanics)

Cyprus, Limassol | office / hybrid | relocation

🧷 We are looking for a Product Owner with experience in bonus mechanics, retention/gamification systems, and CRM/XRM platforms.

Experience in iGaming / betting will be a big plus.

Experience with Smartico, Optimove, Fast Track, EveryMatrix, Creatio, and other CRM/XRM solutions will also be a plus.

• work with product analytics and metrics

Project: an international holding company, internal CRM/XRM products for iGaming and betting, which are currently being integrated into a unified platform with the prospect of entering the external market.

Team: 150+ people 3 product tribes 12+ teams

Conditions:

• Work from the office in Limassol (hybrid is possible)
• For candidates from other countries, remote start is possible during the probation period
