An international iGaming company is looking for a Bonus Manager who will be responsible for developing the bonus strategy, analyzing the effectiveness of promotional activities, and improving loyalty programs.

💁 Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and optimize bonus mechanics and strategies; • Analyze the effectiveness of bonus campaigns and prepare recommendations for their improvement; • Identify and prevent bonus abuse: develop rules, track suspicious activity, and interact with the Anti-Fraud team; • Coordinate work with related departments (CRM, Product, Support, Analytics, etc.); • Prepare regular reports on key bonus metrics; • Analyze competitor bonus offers, search for new ideas and market trends; • Participate in the development of loyalty programs and gamification mechanics.

✅ We expect: • At least 1 year of experience in iGaming in positions related to bonuses, CRM, retention, or promotions; • Understanding of bonus mechanics: types of bonuses, wager requirements, activation conditions, limits, and T&Cs; • Experience with CRM systems, bonus engines, and player segmentation; • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables); • Experience with analytical tools and understanding of key metrics: ROI, LTV, ARPU, Retention Rate, Bonus Rate, and others; • Ability to work with large volumes of data and high attention to detail; • Experience with various CMS or willingness to quickly learn new systems; • English language - Upper-Intermediate (B2) and above; • Developed communication skills and ability to effectively interact with different teams.
