Requirements: A new iGaming product needs a person who has a good understanding of bonus economics, retention mechanics, CRM, and can build processes from scratch. What's important: Experience in iGaming is mandatory. Deep understanding of bonus mechanics, retention, and CRM - Russian + English. Experience with player segmentation and lifecycle. Independence and readiness to work in a fast-growing product without a large number of processes and regulations. Experience launching new brands or products will be a big plus.
