😎 About the Role:
Responsible for the complete cycle of the bonus system in the product: from setup (with the help of a junior) and launch to analytics and optimization. This is an independent role at the intersection of CRM, product, and analytics, with a direct impact on key metrics (reg2dep, retention, LTV).
💻 Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the bonus system: setup and launch of bonuses (welcome, reload, promo), QA of bonuses in production;
- Launch of bonus logic for new GEOs
- Calculation of bonus economics;
- Management of bonuses within different product mechanics and features;
- Building and conducting A/B tests: hypotheses, development of test logic and conditions, analysis of results;
- Funnel optimization: reg → dep, first → repeat deposit, retention through bonuses
- Working with analytics: data interpretation, identifying growth areas;
- Generating ideas for new bonus mechanics and promotions;
- Interaction with CRM, product, analytics, and marketing teams.
🎯 What We Expect:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming (mandatory);
- Understanding of bonus mechanics: wagering, bonus abuse, limitations;
- Strong analytical foundation: ability to calculate bonus economics, A/B testing experience;
- Experience working with CRM tools and bonus engines;
- Understanding the impact of bonuses on: conversion, retention, revenue;
- Experience launching in new GEOs is a plus;
- Independence and ownership: ability to lead the direction without micromanagement;
- Data-driven approach to decision-making
