We are an iGaming brand that has been operating in the CIS market for over 10 years and is currently in a phase of active growth, team enhancement, and retention-area scaling.
We are looking for a Retention Team Lead CIS — a person who can not just “manage CRM,” but fully manage the retention strategy, team, and player communications in the CIS markets.
🔹 Manage the retention area in the CIS markets: strategy, operations, priorities, result control. 🔹 Develop and implement a retention strategy to increase user activity, retention, and engagement. 🔹 Control the launch of CRM campaigns, bonus mechanics, promotional activities, and trigger sequences. 🔹 Be responsible for achieving key retention KPIs: activity, retention, reactivation, engagement, communication effectiveness. 🔹 Manage the team of retention managers: task assignment, performance control, workload distribution, and employee development. 🔹 Monitor the quality of user communications and the correct launch of all activities. 🔹 Interact with analytics, product, support, and development teams to implement retention initiatives. 🔹 Improve CRM processes, identify growth areas, and transform ideas into working mechanics.
✅ Experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing in iGaming or related digital products. ✅ Understanding of the CIS audience and user behavior in these markets. ✅ Team management experience: tasks, control, development, prioritization. ✅ Ability to work with retention metrics and make data-driven decisions. ✅ Understanding of bonus mechanics, segmentation, trigger sequences, and communication funnels. ✅ Ability to build processes, not just “close current tasks”. ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to interact with product, analytics, support, and development teams.
