CRM Retention Team Lead (iGaming)

Requirements: Experience in CRM Retention in the iGaming / Gambling / Betting sector. Team management experience. Excellent analytical skills and confident work with spreadsheets. Understanding of CRM metrics and player lifecycle. Ability to make data-driven decisions. Independence, initiative, and results orientation. Will be a plus: Experience with the LatAm market. Spanish language. Experience building a retention function from scratch.
