We are looking for a strong Head of Retention to develop the CRM direction in the Latin American markets.

Key Tasks: • Development of Retention Strategy for LatAm • Management of the CRM team and marketing processes • Building segmentation and Lifecycle communications • Development of Loyalty, Bonus, and Reactivation mechanics • Scaling CRM automation • Analysis of LTV, NGR, Retention Rate, ARPPU, and Churn • Improving the effectiveness of CRM activities

We expect: ☑ Experience leading CRM / Retention in iGaming ☑ Expertise in LatAm GEO ☑ Experience in team management and CRM strategy ☑ Proven cases of Retention and LTV growth ☑ Strong analytical and managerial skills
