We are looking for a CRM & Promotions Manager for a rapidly growing international iGaming project.
If you have experience with Smartico, understand the player lifecycle, know how to launch CRM campaigns, and build retention mechanics – we would be happy to meet you!
What you will do: • Manage CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Onsite). • Create and develop customer journeys. • Work with player segmentation and retention mechanics. • Launch and support promotions and bonus offers. • Set up automations in Smartico. • Analyze campaign results and conduct A/B testing.
What we expect: ✔ Experience in iGaming of 2+ years. ✔ Practical experience with Smartico. ✔ Experience launching CRM campaigns and automated scenarios. ✔ Understanding of retention, reactivation, and lifecycle marketing. ✔ Experience with bonuses and promotions.
