Now we are strengthening our marketing department and looking for a Retention Manager who will take charge of developing retention marketing and user communications. ** Your future responsibilities:** -Conduct an audit of current user communications and CRM processes. -Build the CRM and retention department almost from scratch. -Develop a communication strategy for different user segments. -Create and launch email, push, and other retention sequences. -Develop mechanics for user retention, reactivation, and return. -Work with audience segmentation and communication personalization. -Analyze the effectiveness of CRM activities and identify growth opportunities. -In the future, form your own team and develop the department as an independent function within the company.

What is important to us: -Confident written and spoken English. -Experience in CRM Marketing / Retention Marketing for at least 3 years. -Experience in Poker, Casino, Betting, or other iGaming areas. -Basic knowledge of HTML and email layout. -Experience in independently building CRM processes and communication scenarios. -Deep understanding of retention mechanics and user lifecycle. -Practical experience in audience segmentation and communication personalization. -Understanding of the technical side of CRM tools and processes. -Ability to independently build processes and take responsibility for results.
