⌨️Candidate Requirements:
- Citizenship and location: Russian Federation
- Graduates of top economic/technical universities;
- Basic understanding of the securities and derivatives market;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, strong written communication skills;
- Experience interacting with clients in a brokerage/asset management company will be a plus;
- Experience in independent investing in the Russian financial market through a broker/asset management company will be a plus;
- Desire to develop and build a career in financial markets
✅Responsibilities:
- Support of processes: B2B + B2C, including communication with counterparties/end clients, no sales involved;
- Participation in L2/L3 client support (handling complex cases): professional market participants and private investors;
- Monitoring and analysis of current business processes and client journeys;
- Participation in the improvement of business processes and client journeys, including based on feedback;
- Participation in creating content on investment topics;
- Creation of presentations and analytical reports;
- Competitive analysis of retail brokers/asset management companies;
🔗Conditions:
Full-time, 5/2.
💵Salary range up to 200k rubles net.
