We are the AI development center team at a top Russian bank. We develop and implement AI solutions into key business processes. Currently, we are building applied AI agents for the HR domain: employee selection, assessment, development, and internal services for recruiters and managers.
We are looking for a Python developer to join our team. We are considering Middle and Senior positions.
What you will be doing
- Analyze AI agent prototypes from Data Scientists
- Optimize model inference, LLM, and RAG pipelines
- Refine solutions into production-ready code (tests, typing, logging)
- Deploy, configure CI/CD and monitoring
- Integrate agents with corporate APIs and databases
What is important to us
- Python development experience of 3+ years, ability to write clean, testable code
- Practical experience in bringing model prototypes and AI agents to production, familiar with agent frameworks and architectures (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, etc.)
- Experience in developing RAG systems, working with relational and vector databases (understanding which DB to choose when)
- Optimization of LLM/NLP model inference
- Working with parallelism and asynchronous programming
We will be working with a wide range of tools and technologies: Python, Elastic/OpenSearch, Kafka, FastAPI, Docker, OpenShift, SQL, GPU, BitBucket/GitLab

- Salary range: 200-350 net + annual bonus of 2-4 salaries (we are open to discussing terms separately with strong candidates)
