Head Procurement Manager FMCG
📍 Almaty | Bostandyk District
Commercial procurement, search for new suppliers and development of categories with potential for margin growth.
Main tasks: • Search for new suppliers and manufacturers in Kazakhstan and abroad. • Negotiations with owners and commercial directors. • Agreement of prices, discounts, bonuses, deferrals and exclusive terms. • Search for new profitable goods and procurement opportunities. • Analysis of the market, prices and alternative suppliers. • Development of long-term relationships with key suppliers.
We are looking for you if: • You have at least 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG. • You have experience in independent supplier search and conducting commercial negotiations. • Experience working with manufacturers and international suppliers will be an advantage. • Strong negotiation and commercial skills. • You are analytical, independent and result-oriented. • Ready for international and local business trips: USA, Turkey, UAE, Europe and other destinations.
