Production Manager

Title: Production Manager Company: IRNBY Location: Moscow Experience: From 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the production cycle is completed on time, meeting quality requirements and target cost;
• Monitoring all stages of production: from supplier selection to delivery of goods to the warehouse;
• Maintaining a production calendar, tracking deadlines and order statuses;
• Working with factories: negotiations, agreement of terms, quality control, and shipments;
• Calculating and monitoring cost, purchase budget, and delivery execution;
• Analyzing season results: sales, returns, turnover, and efficiency of production decisions.

Requirements:

• Experience of 3+ years in import procurement/apparel production in fashion retail;

• Understanding of the full cycle of apparel development and production;

• Experience working with factories: controlling orders, deadlines, quality, and shipments;

• Cost calculation skills and understanding of markups;

• Experience in negotiating with suppliers;

• Understanding of foreign economic activity (FEA);

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets;

• Experience with 1C or similar systems;

• English language from B2;

• Chinese language will be an advantage.
