Product Manager/Production Manager (Women's Outerwear, Moscow)

White One is one of the leaders in the "Coats" category on Wildberries. We operate in the upper price segment of the platform: WB Rating is 4.9. We also produce trousers, suits, and dresses. We have our own product team in Russia and China, with an office in Guangzhou.

We are looking for an independent product manager for the coat direction. The main result of your work: the production plan is fulfilled on time with an excellent product, and packaging is complete.

Your tasks

• Manage orders at existing production facilities: approve the plan, control deadlines, quality, and shipments. Prepare launches in advance, before the season.
• Select fabrics, linings, and hardware. Work with coupons, technical specifications, and samples together with the Chinese team, designer, and technologist; participate in measurements and fittings.
• Calculate quantities and costs of orders, manage spreadsheets and inventory. Ensure timely supply of materials, covers, and labels to production, organize delivery.
• Research new models and materials, suggest ideas for the assortment. For additional tasks, evaluate Russian production facilities and maintain a database.

What's important

At least one year of experience in purchasing, product management, or clothing production management. Personal experience in managing serial orders up to the acceptance and shipment of a finished batch is mandatory.

You know how to sew, understand fabrics and technology, confidently calculate and work with spreadsheets. You can negotiate with production, identify risks, and bring tasks to completion. Experience with coats and understanding of WB customers are advantages.

If interested, you can participate in photoshoots as an assistant: help with samples and get acquainted with new items offered by the Chinese team; these also take place in Moscow.

Conditions

• Full-time employment, 5/2, 8 hours a day, remote. Must be located in Moscow.
• Infrequent trips to production and warehouse
• Work in an active product department, workload is seasonal
• Salary guideline is 100,000 ₽ net + KPI. Final salary will be determined based on interview results. The plan and bonus criteria will be agreed upon in advance.
