We are looking for a strong Business Development Manager (ASO / UAC) for the product team at **Traffle **🔥

**Your responsibilities will include: **

• Searching for and attracting new advertisers and offers
• Onboarding and launching new partners
• Developing and retaining current advertisers
• Agreeing on terms: keywords, rates, GEO, bundles
• Analyzing traffic performance and identifying growth opportunities
• Working with metrics: conversion, caps, results by GEO
• Interacting with internal teams (ASO, analytics, accounting)
• Maintaining reporting and systematizing data

**What is important: **

• Experience as a Business Development Manager with ASO, UAC traffic
• Negotiation and partner relationship development skills
• Understanding of key metrics
• English language (B2), knowledge of Ukrainian will be a plus
