Team Lead Traffic Analytics | iGaming
We're looking for an experienced leader to take on the role of Team Lead Traffic Analyst and own analytics across our traffic & performance function.
You'll lead a team of up to 5-8 analysts and build analytical processes from the ground up - a rare opportunity to shape how data-driven decisions are made at scale.
What the role looks like:
- Lead and mentor a team of traffic & performance analysts
- Build and scale analytical processes and reporting infrastructure
- Translate business questions into analytical hypotheses and actionable insights
- Present findings and recommendations to C-level and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, VIP, and Finance teams
You'll need:
- 3–4 years in performance / traffic / marketing analytics
- 1–2+ years in a team lead or senior analytical role
- Deep understanding of iGaming metrics, GEO specifics, licensing & anti-fraud
- Hands-on experience with traffic quality analysis and complex acquisition funnels
- Strong SQL, BI tools, and advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with data integrations (APIs, webhooks) and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Solid grasp of statistics and data pipeline architecture
